What's New in July

Manage Payments

A faster and easier way to add or remove payments is through the new 'Manage Payment' action.

No need to edit the invoice to adjust payment transactions.

Email Documents directly from mattero

Yes, it's true. Select one or multiple documents from either Matter or Contact Documents and email the documents directly from mattero.

Emails are automatically saved to the matter or contact.

Accessing individuals within a Plural Contact

When a plural contact is assigned to a matter, each member of the plural contact will be listed as an individual contact with drill down capability.

Set Default Contact Country Field

Here's a little gem for our international clients. The Contact Country field will default to the country selected during the set up of your Company Details.

Full Text Search now available 'Within Documents'

A full text search 'Within Documents' option has been added to the Search feature on Contact Documents, Matter Documents and Documents lists.

Default Expiry Date on Shared Document Links

The share document link expiry date automatically defaults to 7 calendar days however this can be amended through System Setting > Share Links

Referral Email Notification in Outlook Add-In

Referral emails will display a notification stating the matter or contact to which the email has been saved as well as its Referral Task status.

A Couple of Custom Fields Updates

1. A window will display the matters or contacts associated to a custom field when attempting to delete a custom field.
2. Adding or removing matter custom fields to or from a practice area can be completed en masse.

Enhanced Time Records Display on the Dashboard

You asked for it and we listened.

Time Records are now displayed as Chargeable and Non-Chargeable amounts in the Dashboard and the Time Records Report.

Trust Updates

1. The 'Manage Trust' section in Security Roles has been extended to set which roles can create and cancel trust transactions.
2. The Dormant Trust Balances report has been added to the suite of Trust Reports.

Invoice Reference Fields for Xero

Setting up the Xero Invoice Reference available fields is now even simpler as they are grouped by section with a search function added to boot!
