Send, receive and save emails

The age of saving to multiple Inbox subfolders is gone now that mattero's sophisticated Outlook integration is here. Simply save emails and attachments directly to a matter or contact right from your Outlook Inbox.

Streamline electronic communications

Initiate new emails in mattero by clicking a contact email address, however, if you prefer to work in Outlook then save your emails, attachments and replies directly into a matter or contact document folder.

What version of Outlook do I need?

The mattero Outlook Add-in is available when using an active Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription. You will need an up-to-date version installed on your device.

Can I use the add-in on Mac/Windows?

You can use the Outlook Add-In on both Mac and Windows devices. Once Microsoft Outlook is installed on your device, you can then install the mattero Outlook Add-In.

Can I use a Gmail/G Suite/Google Workplace account?

We do not recommend using any Google services to integrate with mattero.

Though some limited access may be possible via a Google account, for the best results mattero recommends using a Microsoft Outlook account from an active Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription.
