mattero's Document Management Level 2 includes three powerful features that are simple to use and save time.

Full-Text Search

Search the text of documents and emails saved to mattero for a specific keyword or phrase.

A 'Within Documents' option has been added to Full-Text Search on Contact Documents, Matter Documents and Documents lists making it even easier to search across all document areas of mattero to find exactly what you're looking for!

Document Version Control

Create multiple versions of the same Document in a Matter. Once created, a new version of a document can be edited to include new information without losing the original Document.

This provides the option for manual incremental versioning (keeping an ongoing record of changes made to a Document) in mattero.

Share Document Links

Share your mattero Documents with third parties via a secure, custom-generated link.

Set a default expiry date to ensure security is maintained, or revoke access at any time.
