4. Best practice customisation of mattero with appropriate datasets to receive the incoming information.
5. Data clean-up, optimisation and duplicate removal.
6. Test Migration allows clients to review what they will see in the new system on the live date.
7. Final migration. This is usually run over a weekend to minimise interruption to the client firm.
8. We work to a precise cutover date; having staff work across multiple systems is often undesirable and results in duplication and poor system uptake.
