What can I expect When I click the Free Trial button?

Just enter your name, email address and a password, answer a couple of questions about yourself and then you are in mattero. It's that simple and takes no time at all.

What features are included in the Free Trial?

The Free Trial includes all the features available in the Premium package.

Can I use my Office 365 or Google Account to login to mattero?

Yes, you can. These options are available when you click Try for Free.

How does the Free Trial work?

When you sign up for your 14-day free trial of mattero you'll have access to all the Premium plan features. At any point during the trial, you can choose to upgrade your subscription through the Account & Billing menu option. For assistance with upgrading your subscription please review this article on the mattero Knowledge Base

Do I need to give my Credit Card to participate in the Free Trial?

No, we do not ask for any credit card details upfront, so you can start using mattero today.

Will I be notified when my Free Trial is ending?

Yes, you will receive an email notification to warn you.

What happens at the end of the Free Trial?

At the end of your trial, your data and setup remains intact for a period of time. You can upgrade your subscription to a Paid Plan in mattero through the Account & Billing menu option.

How do I sign up or subscribe to a paid plan of mattero?

Just sign up for a Free Trial and then navigate to System > Account & Billing menu option to upgrade your subscription to a paid plan. Alternatively, click 'Subscribe' in the message displayed at the bottom of the mattero window.

How long are your contracts? Can I swap between plans?

Plans are month-to-month or annual. There is no lock-in contract so you can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for downgrades).

What discounts are available?

We offer a discounted price for subscriptions billed annually. Please select the 'Pay Annually' toggle to view the per user per year price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We can arrange Direct Debit for Australian clients on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 30 days notice to cancel your subscription. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full policy details.

Can I adjust the number of users during my subscription period?

Yes, this can be managed through the Account & Billing menu option within mattero.

How is mattero data secured and backed up?

mattero’s data is stored in Microsoft Azure Data Centres and is replicated across two separate locations within Australia. This ensures no single point of failure exists within our workflow.

All data and files (e.g. Documents and emails) stored in mattero are backed up regularly. We automatically update our backup database and files every four minutes.

In the case of a major large-scale region event, your data stored in mattero will be no more than four minutes out of date between our two data centres. In addition, in the event of such a regional outage, clients will be notified and kept updated on our progress in recovering the system.
